With over two decades of experience in education management and leadership, Mr. B. Mahender Reddy has created multiple institutions of enduring greatness. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Hull, with a solid foundation in business and leadership principles.

He has spearheaded the growth of St Mary’s Educational Society, starting with the establishment of St. Mary’s College at Yousufguda, Hyderabad, in 2002. Within eight years, in 2010, he successfully founded Sancta Maria International School – a prestigious Cambridge International School – at Serilingampally, Hyderabad. Both St Mary’s College and Sancta Maria International School have become highly sought after institutions in the region, known for their academic brilliance and holistic development approach.

Committed to providing quality education, he went on to establish Sancta Maria International School, Faridabad in 2021. A state-of-the-art residential school, under the Sancta Maria brand, is coming up at the Hyderabad Aerotropolis. He is also launching soon, Schola Maria, an international school catering to young sports professionals, in collaboration with the some of the biggest names in the sporting world.

Additionally, he drove the strategy and development of Navaneeta Public School at Nellore in Andhra Pradesh, a one-of-a-kind school that helped support the growth, education and all-round development of underprivileged children of the area.
Mr. Reddy is a part of several think tanks and initiatives in the field of education. He is also a member of the Advisory Committee on Skill Development under the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India.
