Debu has extensive experience in C-Suite and Board facilitation on leadership, performance and transformation. Throughout his 30+ year career, he has helped clients solve complex challenges in the world of work.

Prior to True, Debu worked as a Partner at Deloitte, KornFerry Hay Group and Hewitt. He has extensive experience across MENA and Asia Pacific regions. He has also worked at Arthur Andersen and PwC.

Debu holds a MBA in Marketing & Systems. He is an alumnus of Singularity University and has also completed his Executive Education from Harvard Business School in Competitive Strategy.
A regular speaker at conferences, he contributes regularly to publications, including a weekly column on careers in Gulf News.
