Shivku embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 2011 when he co-founded Exotel. Under his visionary leadership, the company has experienced remarkable growth, solidifying its position as a key player in the industry. Presently, Exotel’s cloud-based product suite facilitates an astounding 70 million conversations daily for over 7,000 businesses across the globe. Exotel’s omnichannel contact center, communication API suite, and conversational AI platform are indispensable tools that empower fast-growing enterprises to effectively manage their customer conversations.

Through Shivku’s strategic guidance, Exotel has achieved significant milestones, including securing a $100 million in funding, successfully merging with Ameyo, and acquiring Cogno AI.

Prior to establishing Exotel in 2011, Shivku worked at Yahoo! and Flipkart. He is an Engineering graduate from BITS-Pilani.
